I've been wanting to put together a rod for the longest time. I have the parts I want to order, I just want to confirm that they will work together. like the reel and the rod

Rod- Bass Pro Shops XPS Extreme Spinning Rod either the 5'6" or the 6'
Reel- Plueger Trion Spinning Reel TRI 30x
Line - Bass Pro Shops Excel Monofilament Line - 1 lb. Spool
