I'd like to infuse scent into the liquid plastic before I mold the lure, but I haven't been able to find anything that explains the best way to do it. Can I just add Chompers sauce to the melted plastic? Does anyone have recipes for a stinky scent, garlic, maybe??

you need to look up lurecraft.com what most guys use is a oil base scent.

You can use any scent on the market, as long as it is not water based.  This is very important because you will get an explosion.  Lurecraft has really good scents, and I know a lot of guys that use Kickin Bass.  I use a mixture of different scents.  I add my scent when the plastic is liquid.  I think most guys do it this way, but I know some add a few drops in the bag after they are packaged.  It is really up to you.

If you use anise, like a lot of guys do, be prepared to sleep outside ;D  That stuff stinks so bad, I don't care how well it works, I will not use it.

You do realize that Anise Oil is akin to Licorice, right?  That stuff smells wonderful to me.
