For those who have tried this lure, what gear are you throwing it on? I picked up one of the bass models and tested it on the water, sounds awesome and has great action. Just not sure what to throw it on. Was thinking 7'-7'6'H with 65# braid. I know you are not supposed to throw heavy baits on braid because if you get a dig-in they will sail, but being a topwater I can just go pick it up. 

I use a med heavy rod with 65lb braid. Use a barrel swivel on the split ring otherwise line twist can wreck your braid in one day.
