The problem I have been running into here is that all the BASS or other clubs have out of date contact info or they just dont reply to their emails... Can anyone tell me about bass clubs in the Delta or Modesto/sierra foothills?...

Do you know fishsniffer.com? It is Sacrament/Delta fishing site that you might get more leads if you post there.
