I need someone to talk me out of buying this rod or I'm probably gonna get it and pair it up with my Conquest 250 TE DC. I wanna use it to throw swimbaits from the Savage Gear Line Thru series and the rumored smaller Line Thru baits.

The weight range is what's got me hooked. It's climbing the  charts on m Christmas list fast.
