Fenwick of the two. You couldn't pay me to fish a St. Croix.

Is there a particular reason? St Croix is widely regarded as one of the best blanks and best customer service in the business.

    I think it has to do with price. For cheaper price its a good rod (not better than st.croix IMO). I like both but like the st.croix slightly better hust because is made here in the states and lifetime warranty. Its hard to beat a well priced made in usa with lifetime warranty product in todays market.
