Northeast Ma Fishing Help!!

Featured Replies

I am trying to decide between these four fishing spots in Massachusetts...

Walden Pond, Concord

Concord River, Concord

Lake Cochituate, Framingham

Brookline Reservoir, Brookline

Which of these four spots is the best for largemouth and/or smallmouth bass.

It would be very helpful if you said what you think the best spot is even if you haven't gone to all the locations.

Also what will I need to fish what you think is the best fishing spot (kayak, canoe, bass boat, or just the shore)

Lastly, if you could leave any strategies you have for fishing what you think is the best fishing spot (crankbaits, senkos, tw frogs, grubs, etc.)

Thanks a bunch everybody!

If you have some way off the bank take it to any of the first 3

Also don't just limit yourself to those 4 bodies of water, usually I just cruise around until I find a place to pull over and find access.

Have you tried the Charles River? Lots of access for a kayak or canoe, a few spots for a bass boat.
