Back On The Island!

Featured Replies

Just got back from 3 weeks of fishing in Florida and I'm already back out fishing :D

I saw lots of bass hanging in the shallows and by structure, but they were very finicky... They were interested in all types of lures but would not bite. The only 3 bass I caught were reaction strikes... A frog, a brushhog on topwater and a Jerkbait. I even saw a 5 lber nosing up my jig but he was lock jaw.... Man I wish fall would come, but then again I don't because I have school :(

Biggest was 15 in, 1lb 13oz.

Got him on a brushhog, reeling it on surface
