Does anybody know any good soft plastics that mimic a bluegill and have a slow sink time and mimic a dying bluegill on the drop?

 

Something similar to this but a bluegill:

I would use a Rage Tail Shellcracker or even a Big Bite Baits Warmouth. Rig them "rage rigged" on a lightly keel weighted swim bait hook sideways (flat) and go to work. Late summer through early winter will be a good time for this, as the bluegill spawn is in early summer and their fry will reach 2-3 inches by then. I flip and pitch them near grass beds or lay downs where they would likely hide.

I would throw a beaver style bait in green pumpkin , green and purple flake on a on about a 3/0 EWG hook on 8lb flurocarbon ... cast out , let it slowly sink and twitch it every 3 ~ 4 seconds until it hits bottom - then dead stick it for 30 seconds ...Repeat as needed .

I needed a suggestion because I was about to make a *** order and I didn't have much time

A beaver style bait in sprayed grass is also a great suggestion. Good luck man.
