Anyone coming? It's not to far from my house in (Greenville, SC) anyone coming? Never been. Whats the advantages of going?

I live 2 min from lake murray and 10 min from the coliseum. Unfortunately I will be workin this weekend. Hopefully I can catch some action tomorrow and Thursday on the water.

Ill be there sunday to see the big weighin. My first time going to something like this but it will definatly be worth the 2 hour drive and ill be camping at dreher island were there taking off at.  I don't have a clure what to expect.

Blackmax, you can expect a lot of electricity in the air as they get ready to blast off and even more at the weigh-in.

 

Bring a plastic bag for all of the things you can get for free and you may want to purchase.

 

Talk to the various manufacturers about their products.

 

See and meet the pros. Bring a magic marker so they can sign your cap or shirt.

 

Get a cell phone picture taken with each pro and others you meet.

 

Look at the list of vendors and try to stop by the ones that support this Forum.

 

You will have a fun time. Please post how your adventure went for us folks who cannot attend.
