Anyone know where I can get one like the Japanese model tatula? Would hawgtech anodize it for me?

You could probably get it anodized, but it would wear off after use so it wouldn't be your best option. I would go for the jdm TWS part and put it in your reel. It is also Ti coated which is a bonus

If it's steel it can't be anodized. If it's aluminum it it would groove like Otis Redding. It's probably steel... keep an eye on the Japanese tackle stores, one would show up eventually.
