From snook to peacocks the fishing has been on fire in our urban canal systems from Boca to broward. Also the peacocks have made an outstanding comback since 2010. we have no problem going out an getting 15-20 peas in boca again, and to end it off with my biggest largemouth bass.

Some quality fish, congrats to all you guys. I really hope you guys are releasing those peacocks. They are a treasure, and we are so lucky to have them down here. It is a very limited environment. They need to be released quickly so they can continue to grow and breed. They are coming back and they will be stronger then the previous generation in handling the cooler weather. The strong will survive and flourish, its natures way. We need to do everything we can to help mother nature.

Great job, I'm proud of you guys! What lures are you using for the peas? Believe it or not, I have been getting hit by peas with a 4" senko in the pads. I have caught a bunch recently. I usually use a #9 rapala stick bait in gold when I'm targeting them.

to be honest with you man alot of live bait, they love little chiclids and tilapia. Also small jigs and rapala xrap count downs in the smallest size which are killer!! senkos huh?? thats pretty crazy, dont think ive ever caught a pea on a worm.

Very nice catches! Those peas are gorgeous.

As long as I've lived down here, I've never caught a snook, lol. I need to look into them and scratch them off my list.

How do you have a photo of a largemouth and 2 peacocks if you release them quickly? I know Dwight puts smallies in his livewell so he can make us twice as jealous by holding up 2 footballs, but you are bank fishing so no livewell.
