Hi:newbie here

I fished Marion(first time) last week with a guide just to learn the lake a little.

My question:can you recommend a good place or even location to stay on the lake in mid Febuary.

I will fish 3 days for bass and if that's too early switch over to crappie

Since I'm.retired my dates are flexible this Spring

I would rather not trailer my boat from SE PA(600 miles).

So I would be interested in renting a boat or finding some forum members who would like to fish for a day or two.

I would be willing to pay them for what aboat rental would be...I would just like to meet some forum members from different parts of the US
