Tatula Spinning Rods

Featured Replies

I'm looking at getting a tatula spinning rod. Does anyone have any experience with one? I have three of the casting rods and love them but can't find much about the spinning rods. Looking at getting the 7'm for shakey heads mostly.

I have the 7MF. I suppose it could work for shakyheads. It's a little stiff for my liking. It's very light and plenty sensitive for a $150 rod, but a lighter tip would be a welcome addition. I haven't used it much, just because I don't have any good uses for it as of yet.

Never really have been a fan of Daiwa's tapers.

So you think the tip is too stiff for shakyheads?
