I'm deciding between the *** Black, Denali Jadewood, and Duckett Ghost. 7' mh all purpose.

Does anyone have some other combos that work well with this reel? Thanks for any help. It's much appreciated.

I just bought a LFS in December. Can't wait for the winter to give us a break here so I can give it a try. I have mine paired with a 6'6 medium St. Croix Triumph. If I'm lucky I can report back in a few months. :] I am sure it will do well with whatever you choose, goodluck!

I wouldn't get a Denali. Handled one in a shop one time and it was like holding a slab of granite. very heavy and didnt balance well

Haven't tried any of those 3, but given the list I'd probably go *** black.  13 has been an awesome company to do business with and their products are pretty awesome.
