Helix Buzzbait-Anyone Tried It???

Not yet, but I am searching for it in local stores.

I visited the Williamsburg, Virginia tackle shop listed on the web site but they were not open.  I will try again them in a few weeks.

The bait looks interesting and if it makes a different sound then it should work.

No but thank you for the link.  Awesome looking buzzbaits!!! :)

I bought one at the local US Bass store.  I've only thrown it a couple of times and frankly, I don't like it :)     I found that I had to crank like mad to keep it on top, and it doesn't make all that much commotion.  More like "bulging" the water rather than the customary buzzing action.  It may have a place in some tackle boxes, but not in mine.

I bought a couple of theese at a fishing expo in Tamonium, Maryland....I also got to meet with the c0-owner of the company there. It isnt like your typical buzzbait, there isnt as much sound its a lot smoother..honestly i dont like them that much, although i only made like 4 casts with it total.lol...i was just testing it out....I like Cavitron buzzbaits way too much so until they stop producing i wont be tying it on.

They are more of a finesse buzzbait IMO.  Not a lot of water commotion, but mine still squeaked a lot.  It as an OK bait, but I like stnadrad buzzbaits better.
