Good Spinning Setup For Under $90?

Featured Replies

Hey everyone. I'm looking to get a new spinning setup this year, and am not looking to spend a whole lot of money for one since I am a kid! I was wondering if you could give me your input on what you think a good spinning setup for be to buy under $90 would be. It doesn't necessarily have to be a rod reel combo, just anything that is under $90 altogether. I will be using this rod for bass fishing in medium sized lakes. It would also be a huge help to me if you could give me specifications for rod length, action, reel size and gear ratio because it is all very confusing to me! Thanks for all opinions!

Berkley lightning shock rod are excellent for th $39 they cost at local walmarts. Pflueger presidents can be foud on clearance and eBay new and used for $30-50 great lil reels. Im a budget fisherman since I'm a family man. I fish nth of those great quality for the money.

Sorry forgot to mention a 7 foot medium power fast action rod is a good all around an a 2000-4000 series size reel
