Bass And Perch Rod?

Featured Replies

going through all my tackle today, and decided I to get rid of the 5'6" light rid I've been using for perch fishing. I figured I could double up and get 1 rod to use for perch in Lake Erie and drop-shotting and other light finesse styles for bass fishing. Something like a 6'6"-7' ml fast/xfast should do the trick I think. Am I crazy to try this or does it seem feasible? I would spool a 20 size pflueger president with 6# fluoro and slap it on there. Now the other question is what rod under $130
