Elastec Plastics?

Featured Replies

I know you must keep elastec plastics away from other plastics or they will all melt together. Is it ok to put several different elastec plastics together in a zip-lock bag? I normally store plastics in zip-lock bags after use. Just curious, Thanks.

Weren't they already in a bag with other elastec plastics to begin with?

Good question. I keep them separated from everything in their original package, but then again, I don't have to worry about storage limitations. I can always buy a bigger boat.

I mean't if different types or colors were placed together would that create a problem

I carry a mixed bag of the zero worms (green pumpkin, peanut butter & jelly) cut in half for the ned rig and i have never had the colors bleed together. I would be cautious with colors like white or pink to be safe.

Yeah I have had elaztechs bleed together. ... but not anymore than other plastics. Junebugs probably shouldn't go with your whites. Etc.
