I'll be there this summer, I will be fishing Berlin and Milton.

The rivers up here are open as are parts of the O&E canal around portage lakes or so I'm told. Sometime this next week I'm going to fisherman's central and am going to check out Long lake(portage lakes).

Fisherman's Central is really nice!  The pricing is pretty close to TW!

Milton can be really good, but you'll be dealing with a lot of pleasure boaters.  Berlin has some nice smallmouth in it, but depending on how deep the Corp of Engineers keep the water levels it can be good or bad.  

 

While you're in that area you should also check out West Branch State Park, too.
