What have you guys been seeing? Iv only been fishing once so far. Iv wanted to get out everyday, but things keep coming up. Hoping to finally get a chance tomorrow. What should I expect?

I've been catching most of my fish on spinnerbaits here lately, throwing into brush piles and bouncing it off of anything I can find. I have also had pretty good luck in heavy current (like choke points in creeks), I throw the spinnerbait back into the slack water and slowly work it to the fastest moving spot and most of the time when the current catches the spinnerbait a fish will nail it if he's there. They just sit there at the edge of the current waiting on an easy meal to get washed by.
