Mixing Soft Plastic Colors?

Featured Replies

So I know that mixing anything with white is a horrible idea. But as far as mixing greens and dark colors and stuff together. What's yalls opinion? I'm trying to condense my bank fishing back pack and wana cut bags in half and condense them so I can carry a max variety with less bulk and weight in my pack. I'm mostly talking gambler, and yum and culprit baits. No elastec tech stuff.

Red and chartreuse are the known bleeders. Keep those baits contained in their own packaging.

Ahh forgot all about reds!

I've mixed various colors of soft plastics before and the colors did mix together. None of them were red, white, or chartreuse.

Hmmm interesting. I suppose an alternative would be cutting bags in half quantity wise

Could always just take what you think you will need and leave the rest in the truck, then if you need it just go back and exchange it for the stuff that didn't work. That's what I usually do.

Yeah there is always that also. I struggle with stuff like that since I fish a lot of trails and bigger park lakes. So I'm far away from the truck after a while. And I'm just that guy who has to drag the whole house..........ugh lol

Guess you'll just have to take some out of each bag if you need to cut weight. You know what is going to happen though, you are going to hit a hot bait and only have 3-4 of them.
