Need Help In Maryland When To Get Out

for gods sake between weather and bils and no car im so deeply confused and convoluted.tomorrow will be 50 degrees with passing shower and the next with 72 degrees and maybe tstorms....yes tstorms, i dont know if i want to get soaked or be chilly?i have deep cabin fever and need for sanity to get out but have to take buses to get to water hole.if you were ME....what day would be best suited to try bass fishing with my new combo.I see sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many others lucky or skilled and im so lost wondering what is. Im in a highly urbanized area which most only get busy for the almighty dollar when for me, the almighty first fish would do better. i have some rain gear but not the best and being in a wheelchair, the last i need to be is to get stranded in a storm and not knowing when a tstorm will hit. its been so whacked where i am.i need no pity just some kind words and to be wiser than sorry.everyone needs money as well as i do, but im unable to work or climb roofs like i use to on 40 foot ladders and getting real ill of being a couch fisherman wishing i was ishin without staying up all night to beat the urban assault we have here in montgomery county md. ty fellas. now you see my true colors. no more  fishing...lmao. soaked in storm or cool and a fool...whats the verdict? in my building people are in and out all night and early morn. need i say more about sleep deprivation and monkeys.so to speak.
