So my buddy stepped on my rod yesterday afternoon, i was freaking out, ice hasnt came off yet, ive been doing the normal cabin fever go abouts and all that. Then crack guides broke, but got ahold of mike on a sunday night and with the help of him, rods shipped out and on its way to be fixed. Good people over there

There is just one.....Mike, and yup, a good guy.  I'm sure the rest of his family is there, but they don't have anything to do with his rod/reel business AFAIK.
