Have a shimano stradic 3000 fj and I want to put a bigger knob handle on my reel than the ones that it comes in. Is there a way for me to do that and how?

Here's an idea. I had some given to me at a tournament and I will say I like them. I also like they come in different colors. Many of my rods and reels look alike and I can tell them apart now with just a look at the handle. http://www.reelgrip.com

Do the reel grips fit on the 3000FJ? Mine came with a t-shaped knob, so I didn't think they would.

The round EVA knob is very ergonomic and light. I believe the Stradic FJs are handle knob type "A"s, but I would call to make sure. I'm planning on swapping out my sustain's knob too.
