My First Top Water Bass Of 2015

Featured Replies

I'm a little late posting this, but I went out Tuesday morning to try my luck since the weather has been a little more consistent in the high 70's and low 80's. I didn't think I would be throwing a Pop-R since soft plastics been getting the job done. Well, it was a lot action on the surface and I immediately changed my presentation. I don't fish top water lures often. Here's the first bass of the day that got my adrenaline rushing...

He's no record, but he got my day started. I do believe I missed my personal best that day with the Pop-R  :cry3: Nice hook set, felt the fish, fish came out the water and threw my Rebel back at me... Same fish threw my Super Spot back. It was time to go home.
