Help Identifying Old Spinning Rod

These are the only markings left on the rod. Driving along and this guy has a "fishing gear for sale" sign in front of his house. Who wouldn't stop? Picked this up mostly for the reel that was attached... A perfect condition Penn 430ss. Now curiosity has the best of me and I'm trying to find out the make of the rod. Thanks for any helpful input.

    Charlie Brewer.. Probably made by Lews in the 80's maybe later.. ( original Lew Childre co. ) or a host of other rod makers.. Hard to say definitively
