Where can I get pre cut bills but in 1/16 or 1/32 thickness,...like on a slammer?

The only pre-cut bills I've found are made of Garolite.   Jann's has 5 different styles.    I'll do some digging around today to try and find some pre-cut lexan bills.

I do not know of any precut lips that are like the slammer but lips are easy to make from lexan sheet. DO NOT use plexiglass, stuff breaks far to easy especially in water below 50deg. I can send you some Lexan to make a few lips with in 1/16" and 1/8" or you can go to a local glass shop and they will usually give you their scrap pieces or at least sell them for a really good price. Keep in mind that if you find Lexan real cheap that it is most likley not true Lexan, don't think you can break the real Lexan under any fishing condition.

This link is for a muskie shop that handles components for bait making. While your there take a look at the Mouldy's Hawg Callers, their action is nearly identical to the slammer, easy to modify and at half the price.

I've been making my own slammer type baits and I cut my own bills, I have lots of lexan leftover from the car audio install days, but cutting them is just tedious.  I'm merely being lazy here, figured if they were available, a couple dozen would set me good.

Stamina has pre-cut lexan bills in several different sizes of square or round.   I must be getting old, I should have remember that last night.

I'm with you LBH, if I can find bills pre-cut that's what I use.   Saves me about 15-20 min per lure.

a nice upright belt-sander would make it easy

I cut them rough with the jewelers saw and use the belt sander to finish them.
