So I ordered one in Bone on eBay and it ended up being the vintage one still in the pack. Didn't realize it until after I opened it and went to order a spare.... Is there any difference between the older and newer versions that any of you guys are aware of. I've read the hooks are junk on the newer ones... Idk

    If it's truly the vintage p70, it's worth a lot of money. 3 1/8" plus brass hardware. To answer your question the vintage p70 is supposed to be a lead one knocker that sounds and acts different. Apparently they have very little movement when twitched but still pop.
