I am about to pull the trigger on one of these off Digitaka (~120) however, I cannot find any info on these reels.  Does anyone know the US equivalent? I read somewhere that is was similar to the Saros but that was only one source.  

I think your right. Does it have a worm gear or the wheel like the Symetre? FYI cabelas has Stradic FJs in stock for $129 might be a better deal

You can find the Biomaster for a few dollars more if you shop around. Unless weight is of concern. Same reel as the Stradic FJ

The best price I have found the Stradic FJ for was $115 shipped. For that price I couldn't pass on a 2nd
