I was wondering if there are any clubs around Parkersburg, WV! I am looking to join one, but I don't have a boat.

    That's how I joined my first club this year as a non boater. The bass nation of WV has many members and clubs and is growing fast with clubs always looking for non boaters. Depending on club rules you may not have an opportunity to fish this year. My club voted in a Co angler 3 tournaments into season and he is fishing with us now.
