Is anyone familiar with Mitchell Spidercast Rods?

 

I bought this back in the 90's.  Although it's cool looking.  I've never got to use it. 

It was always too big to bring in the cars.    Here is all the information off the rod.

Do they still sell these?  If so, where?  Did these ever come in 2-piece models?

Never saw a 2 piece model. I have one in a baitcast model--6' Medium

 

I don't t think there is Spidercast rod or reel made anymore

 

I have two Spidercast baitcast reels--one round and the other low profile.

Was there ever a 2-piece Spidercast rod in any model?    I've been searching Ebay, amazon, etc.

I've checked there.   I believe they are only 1-piece. 

I had a 2 piece spinning rod when i was younger, but id say one in good shape would be a rare find

Do you happen to remember any specs or name for that rod?   

It was a 6' 6" medium power but thats about all i remember. It was in the mid 90's or so when i owned it so thats about all i remember. I had the matching reel too lol
