Puerto Plata, Anyone?

Was informed by the wife today that I will be spending Christmas in Puerto Plata, DR.  My last time in the area (Cabarete) included a very interesting fishing trip on a "traditional Dominican fishing boat".  I will not be trying that one again.  

 

A quick search on the internet is not yielding very promising results, but I have to go fishing at least once on every vacation (especially when there is so much water!).  I prefer anything light tackle, but will try it all.  Does anyone have any recommendations for guides?
