Gummy Worms Pt. Ii

Featured Replies

Took a while, but I have finally gotten around to making soft plastic smell like candy.  I took the advice from one of the BR members and used "candy flavoring oil" I found it at Hobby Lobby.  It's super cheap like $3, and it works like crazy.  I made a "Watermelon Seed" swim bait that smells just like watermelon candy.

Is that a just for fun thing or a fish catching thing? Or both? ;)

Both. It's along the lines of the Mann's Jelly Worm.

Now if someone could only figure out how to make a Senko smell like meatloaf.  ;)

I might be wrong, but I have seen gummy worms advertised as bait. I think I remember watching it on How It's Made, and they said they are used for fishing too.
