Yamamoto Shad Shape Worm

Featured Replies

Apparently they just hit the market in the US this year, but I hear they are dynamite.  Im not a big fan of the drop shot, but i know alot of people fish them that way.  They seem as if they may be ok on a jig head but I dont know if this would hurt the action of them.  Has anyone tried these baits yet?  If so, how did you rig them?

I bought a few packages when they first showed up at BPS.

Haven't had a chance to fish them extensively, but IMO they aren't anything special.

i know of a prostafer for yamamoto here in WA that won a tourny using them last year with his sample pack of 4 worms. he dropshoted them. i haven't used them much yet.

Shinichi Fukae won a FLW tournament on Beaver Lake last April using them on a shakey head.
