Sale Bait?

Featured Replies

My local fish & tackle shop has a buy 1 get 2 free sale going on with select soft baits. Most are Yum or Berkley Havoc in various lizard/craw styles with a few Gary Yamamoto Flappin' Hogs and a Zoom Horny Toad (Grey Ghost color) or two. I know the GY baits are good and the Zoom Horny Toads are good too but what about the others...anybody have them and what kind of luck do you have? Also the GY's aren't senko's but Flappin Hogs, are they any good?

You can't go wrong with Yum and Berkley craws. I'd load up....FO SHO!!!! :respect-059:

How long can you store these baits in the original packaging?

In the original packaging if you keep them out of direct sunlight and heat/humidity, they'll last years.  It's just plastic!  The Havoc stuff in particular with no scent/flavorings to break down will last a lifetime.

As stated above, If you keep them stored out of the elements they will last a very long time.

I keep my stash of certain stocked up baits in a plastic stoway in the bottom of my closet. I've had some of the stuff for years. Both zoom and yum products.

If they have the havoc flat dawg grab some of those. They have produced a good amount of fish for me this year. Especially the green pumpkin candy color.

those flapping hogs are really nice for a jig trailer, usual durability issues with the GY plastics, but they're great.

TAKE THE DEAL!
