Welcome to BR. Where abouts in South Fl are you from? What part of town do you mostly fish? Your profile is pretty vague, filling it in a bit will be helpful to you.

Thank you Lou, I have been reading this forum for years and this is the first report I post here. I fish mostly in the Everglades/surrounding areas from the shore. Will post more reports.

The Everglades is one of my main bass fishing spots as well. Its one of the few places in South Florida where you can consistently catch big bass from shore.

Welcome, S FL. is a great place to fish. What patterns have been working for you? Any pics of the fish you caught?

Have been doing well by fishing on days that there is heavy rain, especially the first 20-30 minutes after a big storm. Frogs fished over heavy cover and creature lures fished deep are some of the techniques that are working for me. I took pictures of all the 5 pound or bigger bass I have caught these past 2 months.
