Help With Summer Pattern Change In Clear Water

Featured Replies

I live on a lake with visibility ranging from 18" - 24". I finally figured out the spring and summer patterns by down sizing, getting good with jigs and working on presentation. lately in the past few weeks the bite has died. The fish are there, just moving and changing preferences. I started fishing points and working my way back in the creeks, as well has humps and bumps. still little success (keep your comments to yourself Woodycrankbait) :)

I was almost always using a green pumpkin 1/4 oz swim jig with a 3" rage craw trailer in the spring, and in the summer they were hitting the same 1/4 swim jig but with a green pumpkin paddle tail trailer...

Soooo as I continue to figure this lake out seasonally, I'm drawing a blank and look forward to your comments

Thanks and tight lines!
