How To Setup A Poll?

Hi all,

 

I was trying to setup a poll but after I set it up, I am not sure how to get it to insert into the topic. Any tips or a link I can follow to see how to? I tried to look it up but can't find it or I am not typing the right search text.

    All I know is the poll button to the left of the "new topic" page sets it up.
