Every winter I loosen up all of my drags in my reels. Well in the spring I went to use my Winch and set my drag but my A-rig would pull line out of my reel even with my drag set all the way. Is this something I can fix on my own or do I have to send it into Abu?

Is it spooled with braid? Depending on how you tied it on the line could be slipping

It could be either braid slipping if you use braid or your drag is just gone. Looseb drag after every trip not just winter.

That's one thing with revos is there drags go out after a few years. just replace the drag washers. Very easy to do. Just watch a YouTube video on it.

EVERY time I've panicked because this was happening on any reel (casting or spinning), it turned out to be the braid slipping.  I feed out almost all the line behind the boat and reel it back in snugly and the problem is gone.
