Caught My First Landlocked Salmon

Featured Replies

Pic isn't the most spectacular but that is it nonetheless. I was bass fishing and it was a very calm sunny day and the water is very clear. I could see the flash of their belly a ways out and then one hit the surface to feed a ways out there and I cast right at it. After a few jerks and a pause I saw the silver flash hit my lure and my line took off and I knew I had one. It was one of the coolest fishing moments for me to have an opportunity to catch a beautiful fish like that. I'll never forget it
