Fishing near Fontana?? bass or offshore

hey. i came all the way from Mexico to Fontana California for the holidays, i will be here from now (December 25) to January 2nd. 

so im looking for a fishing trip, either bass or offshore. i dont have any tackle with me, and a 1/2 day will be fine. 

where do you recommend?

You picked a tough time with the weather the way it's been.  You can try a local 1/2 day ocean trip and rent tackle, but not sure what's going on if much.  Freshwater, you can go to Santa Ana River Lakes (it's a pay to fish lake) and see if they have rental equipment there.  Good thing there is you won't need a fishing license and well the trout may be biting with the cooler weather.

thanx!! ill check that out and see what i can find. we came to spend time with family, but since we are staying until January we thought we could have some fishing time.
