I am looking to get into kayak fishing and with my research I have found my target to be the Ascend FS12T.  The price of a brand new one is around $550 I would consider a used one but haven't had much luck with craigslist.  So my question is are there any other good recommendations for research within that price with similar specs and a good way to check for a used one besides craigslist.

My first recommendation would be to shop used fro a while longer and see if you can find a used Trident 13 or comparable kayak if you still have no luck look at  the Perception Pescador, it is hands down a better kayak than the FS12T.
