I'm just starting to join the tacklemaking buzz, and want i want to do is make everything completely from things found around my house or in stores, but not actually buying the materials. Ex, i want to make my own blades for spinnerbaits intsea of going out and buying some.  Any tips on how i could make some nice blades? some nice, anything?

well blades if you have a grinder you can make em out of dinner spoons of various sizes but you can't beat the real blades for lures but for the clevis for the blades will most likley have to be baught
