Ive had my eye on the castaway skeleton v2 since it came out. Im not one to jump on a new product, want to wait for some feedback first.  Its been out for some time now and i cant find much info on it. Has anyone fished these rods?

 i would like to invest in something a little nicer this year (only spend about $100 on rods currently) and the fact that the skeleton v2 is a rainshadow rev blank is quite tempting. (But its only 30 ton graphite i recently foundout)

my main concern is that the lower budget rods are so competitive the are incorporating higher end components and the jump from a $100 rod to a $190 isn't that big.  I could be wrong on this just my thoughts

They are good rods, but nothing extra-special. I would look elsewhere in that price range....and I absolutely LOVE Batson blanks.
