I didn't see any actual reviews of this reel outside of the manufacturer's.  The one video I watched of it from a tackle shop more or less reiterated the company literature.  Surprised me not to find any reviews.  Apparently most people willing to spend this kind of money opt for a Daiwa or Shimano.

Shooo is fancy looking, but not for 5 bills.

Yeah,  its hard to find people talking about this reel.  I just got one on a killer deal and wonder if its that much better than an mgx(which I have and like) and also how it compares to a core50 which I think is the best reel out there.  I havent even put line on it and wont fish open water for a couple more months so I'll find out later I guess.  If it is noticeably better than the mgx then I know I will love it.

Be sure to give us a review.  According to the TT article, it is an upgraded version of the MGX.  Some reels are improved more with upgrades than others.
