Cold water spies

Im sure they would work but does anyone have experience with spybaits in cold water?  The warm rain and warm temps are thawing small impoundments and I'd like to try my new pink duo 90 for smallies

Good question, I just bought my first spy bait (Duo Realis 80) last week and haven't tried yet. Will be checking here for some experiences.

I haven't tried using them yet but I've read a couple of articles that say spybaits are great for cold water because of the slow presentation.

They work great! At least at 48 degrees and up (as low as I've fished with a spybait). Just keep them slow as always with spybaits.
