was looking at graphs and decided on lowrance hds 9 touch.

the wiring has me confused as the manual didnt give much detail.

to the best of my knowledge i just need to connect the black and red wires for power and then connect my transducers  to the unit(the sonar and side scan) and then they will both power on along with the unit. is that correct? and then the yellow wire and the other extra green blue etc.. are not needed?

im not worried about the gauges and music on the unit

    Yes connect the red/black wires and tape off the others so the can not short. Plug both transducers in and you are good to go.
