Hummingbird 591Ci

Featured Replies

Confused and need help!  I have a Hummingbird 597Ci that I just moved to a different boat after purchasing a new mounting bracket, transducer and power cable.  All hooked up and receives power, however, it states “no new nav data found”, “no transducer hooked up” (but it is) and I can’t get it out of Simulator mode.  The boat is out of the water, however, this shouldn’t cause these particular messages should it?

"No new nav data found" means you have a memory card in the unit with GPS data on it. Remove that card.

The data is not read from the card, it is uploaded to the unit's memory.

Did you get the proper transducer for the unit you have? There is a 2D and a DI version of that model. The transducers are not interchangeable.
