Thanks Hootie.

For those looking for an all around tank of a reel that can handle anything from the lighest of finesse presentations to the heaviest, this is for you.

Nice, fantastic reels indeed, have the tournament edition, never trade it for the world

I see it for $84.99 on sale right now. Are you saying it'll be $79.99 on Monday? Or am I just looking at it wrong.

Got 2...love them.  Workhorse of a reel and that combo is a helluva deal.

The $84.99 is the internet spring classic price, we will have to see what happens on Monday.

I just picked up two PQ/ Carbonlite combos

I have four and they are amazing.

Currently they don't get any less expensive than $79 on sale . Two years ago when the BPS Spring Classic REALLY had a good sale I bought 3 new in box  PQ's for $49 each (in store only).

Yes, starting Monday. I don't know how long the sale is on though.

Went to local BPS to pick one up, nothing I wanted in stock. Just gotten tired of BPS in general so I'll go for a Lews Speed Spool as I can get one for the same price as the PQ.

Same here. I've given up on either of the bass pro shops nearby having anything I want in stock. You would think they would at least carry all of thier own branded products but nope.
